Okay, I know you all are wondering where I have been. It has been like a month since my last post and I have so much to tell you about!! I have been teaching preschool for a friend who just had her baby, so I haven't been around much but I will for sure catch up!! Urgh, I have missed teaching! I love being home with my kids but It was so much fun to get back in the classroom. Nicole has an amazing Preschool, the likes of which I will have one day, mark my words! I thought I would share my little dream with you. Nicole already told me I could have her house plans!! Here are some pictures of her fabulous preschool. It is in the basement of her home. She has half carpet and half tile, for all those messy times you have at preschool.
She has a little kitchenette for snack and storage. And a brilliant invention called a drying rack for all of those art projects!
Her dramatic play area is brilliant! She put it underneath the stairs, a place that has no real use really. She has the cute little window cut out. Depending on the day it is a drive thru window, a post office, a bank, or just a place to put their pretty flowers. The kids love the little hide away, they spend a lot of time in there!
Another one of my favorite places is her back yard. She has a fun play set and a cement sidewalk going around the perimeter of her yard for the kids to ride trikes and scooters around. She has thought of everything!
And last but not least, the bathroom is so cute! Little kiddie toilet and sink. I love it. The kids feel so big there! They do not need help turning on water or reaching the water for that matter.
Well, there you have it. I really can not wait for my own. I know it will happen I just have to be patient. I do already have a waiting list though, so if you want in please sign up now :)! The kids were so much fun. I have greatly missed being "teacher alisha" and talking and laughing and playing with all of the kids. I love the preschool age. Thanks for a fun time Nicole!!
I promise to do better about keeping up with my blog and in touch with all of you. I am game for play dates, give me a call!

I have been wondering where you were, even though I see you a few times a week normally. Your preschool days looked awesome! You will make a great teacher when it is your turn! You're awesome!
That is an awesome preschool! That will be cool when you can have one like it. O&A keep asking, "where's Alisha Dawdy?" So funny that you are not just Alisha, he has to throw in the last name too! I have pics of Emilee to send you too don't let me forget!
Awesome Alisha! I am impressed! What a perfect layout- I hope you get it someday! If you are still in the same area, you would be the best preschool teacher ever and I have 3 kids that would love you as a teacher! Keep me posted- add us to your list!
Wow! That's really a lot cooler than our preschool. Now I want one too, just for all my little kids. That would be such a fun space.
