For Mother's Day Aaron took me and the kids out for a family adventure. We chose to go bowling. We went to Jack and Jill's bowling in American fork. It was so high tech. You actually program the bumpers to go up and down for specific people. Gone are the days of waiting for the employees to roll the big blue bumpers into your lane! The down side of the automatic bumpers is that I can not use them. I have to bowl like an adult. I thought that I would do pretty well, I have been practicing on the Wii for some time now, and not to brag but I do have Pro status. Well evidently the Wii is not like real life. I got the lowest score of 72. Yes, even Emilee got higher than I did. Oh well, I can still play my Wii.

Daddy helping Emilee:
They had the ramp out for the kids to use. It was great. You didn't have to set the ball down and wait for ten minutes for the ball to hit one pin. It actually made the ball go fast. Emilee really didn't care about the pins, she just wanted to keep rolling the balls down the ramp. She would put a ball down and say "more, more?"
"No, I do it!"
Ethan of coarse did not need any help. " I can do it mom, I am tough." He wants to be so big and I just do not know if I am ready to let him be.

And this is how it is supposed to be done, (as Aaron says):

Yeah, He pretty much won us all, even without the bumpers.
Thanks for a fun day guys! I love you.

Yeah, I'm pretty good on the Wii bowling too, but when it comes to real bowling, all that talent doesn't count for much. Too bad.
Too funny! I'm sure I would be very humbled in real bowling as well. Its been a while for me (not counting the Wii of course) Glad you guys had a fun night.
