I did not factor in Emilee. Last year she wanted nothing to do with the sled. This year was a different story. Not only did she want to sled down the hill, she wanted to do it herself. So I let her...Yes I sent my two year old daughter down a hill by herself with the only protection she had was a plastic sled...is that wrong? I thought about that AFTER I sent her down for the first time. But she made it and ask to do it again. The only problem...she can't get back up the hill by herself, so there was no parking on top of the hill with a lawn chair for me. Maybe next year!!

Sounds like you guys had tons of fun! We love sledding! Can't wait for more snow!
Is that at Silverlake? I've been wanting to go too, call me next time you go!
That's too cute. Emilee was just looking out for you and wanted to make sure you kept your blood flowing so you didn't freeze. See how sweet that little girl is?
Looks like you guys had fun.
Sounds like a lot of fun. I hate the up-and-downing of the hill as a mom, too. Hunter is jealous. He keeps waiting for it to snow here, but not a chance.
I felt the same way after sending Aidan down the hill by himself! I got all fidgety and panicky but just tried to let it go. :)
my nephew was the same way, last year snow was evil and sledding was worse than snow, but this year he was all in. yeah for sledding.
